The year 2011 has been an exciting year in the life of Cornerstone Christian Academy. Many things have happened since we opened our doors in the fall.
Our head of school, dean of students and teachers were hired. We stocked the library and received donated computers. We selected art materials the students needed to enhance their learning and chose the textbooks that students are using to discover new information.
We are committed to training generations of students in the Abingdon area. We know that as faithful servants to God, Cornerstone will impact more than 2011.
We will affect lives for eternity.
Cornerstone wants to attract partners who believe in our mission and the difference that a Christian education will make in the lives of our students and the community. Giving to Cornerstone lays a solid foundation for our school and allows CCA to impact generations of students in our region. Our goal at Cornerstone is to create great synergy between fundraising, events, donor cultivation, planned giving, and public relations. We want to form an effective partnership with our parents, our grandparents, and our community so that together we can make a difference in the lives of students.

Cornerstone Christian Academy's Foundation for Generations Campaign has a three-fold purpose.
Equipping Teachers to Impact Students Teachers need the tools necessary to teach effectively and creatively. We want them to have the materials they need to maintain an engaging classroom environment and communicate efficiently with their students' parents. It is important that our faculty receives the training needed to integrate biblical principles faithfully and help students understand the foundational truths of scripture in each subject area.

Equipping Cornerstone to have a Lasting Impact We want to be a school of influence for many generations. Our five year plan includes purchasing land and building a facility and sports complex that maximizes our ability to train students in all aspects of life. Through a generous scholarship program, we also want to make Cornerstone accessible to any family that truly desires a Christ-centered education for their child.
